Refund policy
At M&M Home Furnishings, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Items purchased online or over the phone may be cancelled the next business day; after that time, there will be a 15% restock charge. Any item that is special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged for a different item. Special orders are non-stock items with no refunds or returns.
IF YOU PICK UP AND DISCOVER LATER THAT THE ITEM IS BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY LOADED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THE STORE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE STORE OF DAMAGES OR ERRORS WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL FORFEIT OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES.
If you choose to pick up or have your furniture delivered, you have 2 business days to return items to the store in their original packaging for store credit only. Items that have been removed from their original packaging will not be returnable. Also, accessories including curtains, beddings, and other items in this category, will not be returnable. The customer is responsible for returning items to the store in this timely fashion. Products will be inspected upon return and if any damage is noticed will not be returnable.
Upon delivery, please inspect the product carefully. If any damage or manufacturer defect is noted, let us know immediately. Once the items have been assembled and placed in your home, you have 48 hours to contact us with any noted damage. If you choose to pick up your furniture, please inspect the furniture when you arrive home. You will have 48 hours from the time of pick up or delivery to report any defects or damage. If defect or damage is not noted on the delivery ticket or customer pick up ticket, the item(s) will not be eligible for a complimentary redelivery. All issues need to be reported within 48 hours in order to receive complimentary redelivery. However, a complimentary redelivery is usually issued for exchanges on merchandise that was delivered and reported within the 48 hour window.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return any merchandise for refunds, otherwise a delivery fee will be issued. Delivery fees are nonrefundable, even in the event of a return rejection.
In order to best serve our customers with safety and sanitary care, Mattresses may not be returned for any reason once removed from original packing, or after 48 hrs of pickup/delivery. Pillows, bedding, or any related items may not be returned.

- Odor Of Any Kind
- Not In Original Wrapping
- Damage Caused By Customer

After the first 48 hours, if any defects are noted, you may contact us at 580/481-8087 to discuss the manufacturers warranty. Please note that those who qualify for the five year extended warranty will contact Uniters Pure directly for any warranty issues.
For any warranty issues for items not included in the five year warranty plan, Rustic Furniture Depot will repair or replace the item if it qualifies under the manufacturer warranty. Please note that all rustic furniture will have natural grains and wood qualities that make the furniture beautiful and one of a kind.
Cowhides, accessories, and clearance or closeout items are final sale items and cannot be returned. 5 Year Warranty is not refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
